Order Processing

Every order is handled with care by our team. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Please Note: Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Once processed, your TruffLuv products will typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $4.99 for all orders up to 5 lbs.

Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Virgin Islands: A flat rate of $35 applies (up to 5 lbs).

Shipping Destinations

At this time, TruffLuv ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We proudly ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. These orders are fulfilled via USPS Priority Mail to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
